The long-awaited National Research Council Committee's report Hydrology, Ecology, and Fishes of the Klamath River Basin was officially released today. In a nutshell, we said that science is being done in a fragmented fashion with no clear conceptual model. The tributaries must be considered (not done on the Instream Flow Study model).
