Take it and do what with it?
IBM wants you take an Advanced Water Management Survey.
From the folks at Big Blue:
In response to growing interest into global water stress and its future impact on both society and business, IBM is conducting research on this issue and would like your views on the current state of water management practices today and the nature of water challenges ahead.
We will share the results with you during the Corporate Water Footprint: Towards a Sustainable Water Strategy event in San Francisco, CA December 2008.
Our hope is that the results of this survey will help us all engage our own organizations and employees with a better understanding of key water management issues at hand and help activate dialogue for developing innovative solutions.
In the final question, you can request survey results by providing your name and email address.
The survey is being distributed to a wide audience. We recognize that there may be duplicate responses from a company. This is intentional as we look gain insight on how awareness and perceptions of water-related issues may vary depending of organizational roles and departments.
All responses will be kept strictly confidential, except that Maude Barlow will be informed that you are a tool of multinational corporations who are scheming to purchase the hydrologic cycle [only kidding, folks].
