Les Zaitz's two-part series on Oregon water issues starts in today's print edition of The Oregonian.
The first part focuses on the Umatilla Basin, where restrictions on groundwater pumping threaten to severely limit the economy.
The only error I could find was the attribution of the authorship of the Oregon Business Plan water report. It was not written solely by Gail Achterman, but was a group effort. In fact, the original report template was authored by my colleague Todd Jarvis, who is not even listed among the authors.
