Hydrogeologist extraordinaire, colleague, and friend Dr. Todd Jarvis, Associate Director of the Institute for Water and Watersheds, whose name has been liberally spread throughout WaterWired opining on dowsing, bottled water, nonrenewable groundwater, exempt wells, transboundary groundwater, etc., recently entered the blogosphere with the Rainbow Water Coalition blog.
