The upcoming World Water Congress looks like a good one. It's sponsored by the International Water Resources Association, to which I belong.
It'll be held in Porto de Galinhas, Brazil, a famous beach resort located about 60 kilometers south of the city of Recife, the capital of the state of Pernambuco, located just about where Brazil bulges out into the Atlantic Ocean.
Here's a copy of the flyer: View this photo
But Brazil will not be the World Cup champion as the Dutch beat them today, 2-1.

Porto de Galinhas (Port of Chickens, how cool), is a great surf spot. See you there.
