GRUMBLES ON FRACKING … One I viewed the video … secondly I live in Arizona where Grumbles was the Director of the Arizona Dept of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) and though he advocates “transparency” in his video interview … transparency was NOT an integral part of his administration at ADEQ nor has it ever been a legacy position for ADEQ …
Secondly ... Grumbles notes in this interview an interface in science and data … well guess what in Arizona science and data are always massaged to present the “spin” necessary to attain the position required by those actually controlling what-ever “sacred-cow” is currently on the ADEQ altar in Arizona …
WATER … from the perspective as part of the “commons” was under Grumbles as it has been since ADEQ became an independent agency in 1989 … controlled and manipulated by water ‘king-makers’ … ie… SRP … CAP … “big” ag …
Were large deposits of natural gas discovered in Arizona … bet your bottom dollar every accommodation would be granted to permit “fracking” … disclosure … transparency … be damned …
