Bernadette Conant of the Canadian Water Network sent this link to me. It is from The Netherlands.
Good reason to use a properly-trained professional water well contractor to drill and complete your well.
Maybe this is an audition for the next Three Stooges movie.
Or perhaps this is a fracking operation.
And sepaking of the CWN, check out the highlights from the recent CWN conference, Connecting Water Resources 2013.

Seriously there's a lot to learn from that video! How can one do that? I strongly suggest to share it with more people so that they are aware of such mistakes!

This is so funny! But also really informative. There is nothing better than a video that teaches you what NOT to do. It's really interesting to think about how complicated water well drilling is. You don't want to make mistakes.

That looks like a bad drilling job. I wonder what they hit. How long did it take to get under control?

Drilling for water is something that must be done by professionals. When amateurs try to drill they hit other pipes and lines and sometimes even end up pulling water from city sewers. Drilling is a serious business and it isn't for the uneducated.

Hilarious video. You don't see candid mess ups like that very often. Mo, Curly and Larry make the perfect accompaniment. At least now I know for sure what NOT to do when drilling our well! Thiago | www.schneiderwater.com

This reminds me of the Red Green show. It must have been staged, no?! If not, why on earth would you have the camera rolling, and why on earth would you post it to the internet!?!

Seems that the poster does not know why they are working. This has nothing to do with cheaper drinking water.
