Asit K. Biswas gave this presentation at the University of Waterloo's Water Institute last month.
This lecture challenges the widespread belief that there is an impending global water crisis. Dr. Biswas argues that the world has enough water to support human populations, associated food and energy requirements, and environmental needs, if we manage it properly.
"If we manage it properly" is the key phrase.
You may not agree with him, but he is provocative.
Thanks to Larry Swatuk for sending this my way.

There is not and was not a scientist who made contribution in the field of international water resources study as Prof Asit K. Biswas. In field of hydrology only Ven Te Chow is equal to him.
