Robert T. Lackey: 'The Future of PNW (CA, OR, WA, ID & S. BC) Salmon - Deconstructing the Policy Issue'

Friend and colleague Dr. Robert T. 'Bob' Lackey, one of the sharpest CA_Salmon
knives in the drawer when it comes to salmon, restoration, science, policy, and a whole host of other things, presented this lecture in my GEO 525 class (Water Resources Management in the US) on 21 January 2014: "The Future of Salmon (California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Southern British Columbia) - Deconstructing the Policy Issue".
