Looking forward to seeing Elaine this coming Labor Day weekend during my visit to Reno. She reports that there are already:
...tinges of Autumn beginning though it is officially several weeks before the Autumnal Equinox .... yellow leaves swirling about in the gusty winds....critters mad-dashing for all the food they can eat! Hoping these are good omens for a heavy winter with LOTS of snow in the Sierra!
Let's all hope there is a lot of snow in the Sierra for this coming winter....
