It's not too difficult to find water events these days. All kinds of meetings, conferences, workshops, etc., are seemingly ubiquitous. But these two are definitely out of the ordinary and warrant your attention. Each of has limited space.
1) Facilitation Basics for the Complex and Contentious Water Arena. This will be held in Sacramento, CA, on 19 - 20 May. Friend and colleague Lisa Beutler, one of the best in the business, will be conducting this workshop. The Northern California section of AWRA is hosting the event. I'd be there but I have another meeting in Portland on 19 May.
2) A Conversation on Water and Eco-Centrism. This Friday afternoon workshop will be convened on 16 June in Salem, OR, at Willamette University, Interested? Contact Susan Smith at [email protected] or +1 503 586 8619. I will be there at this seminal event.
A great way to end April and start May!
