WaterWired Water Jobs & More - 22 August 2017 (Updated: 27 August 2017)

Note: My Tweets and blog posts will be sporadic over the next three weeks. But I have said that before. Addicted to the Internet? Moi?

Eclipse day has come and gone. Quite spectacular. We weren't really impacted by visitors much here in Corvallis (not that I could determine, anyway). But it was a zoo after the eclipse, especially for those heading north on Interstate-5 or east on the rural highways. A two-hour drive to the I-5 bridge over the Columbia River took one person over 6 hours.

Here's what the Corvallis Gazette-Times said about the events on the OSU campus. The university loaded up with 37,000 pairs of eclipse sunglasses.
