Tim Steele Opines: 'Regulatory Framework for Water Management, A Comparative Analysis of Selected Aspects of the EU Water Framework Directive with the U.S. Clean Water Act'

Timothy D. 'Tim' Steele gave this presentation (28 April 2021) at a virtual symposium sponsored by the Colorado Section of the American Water Resources Association and the Colorado Groundwater Association. He's given me permission to post it.

I have heard of Tim but unsure we've ever met. He came across a blog post of mine that bore some relation to his presentation: The Water Resources Council and President Trump's Water Subcabinet: Déjà Vu All Over Again?. In it I addressed the 'old' Water Resources Council (still in existence but unfunded) and former President Trump's Water Subcabinet (the original announcement has been deleted).
