Kira Jacobs of EPA: 'How to Develop Innovative Partnerships and Find Funding: 3 Projects to Inspire You!

G. Tracy Mehan III, Executive Director for Government Affairs at the American Water Works Association just sent me this presentation by Kira Jacobs of EPA Region 1 (Boston). Here is what he said in his email:

Kira Jacobs leads source water protection efforts for EPA Region 1.  Attached is a presentation she made on various Partnerships to address nonpoint source pollution including some USDA programs that we have discussed in the past. I recommend it to you. Kira is a great resource for all of us.
