AWWA Comments on Proposed Designation of PFOA and PFOS as Hazardous Substances under CERCLA

Friend and fellow WaterWonk G. Tracy Mehan III, a frequent contributor to WaterWired and executive director for government affairs at the American Water Works Association, sent me this letter he sent to EPA with 'Comments on Proposed Designation of PFOA and PFOS as Hazardous Substances under CERCLA' (aka 'Superfund'). I have pasted Tracy's letter below but if you cannot read it click on the PDF below that includes his three-page letter and AWWA's 20-pager of comments.
