G. Tracy Mehan III Opines: 'The 'Environmental Era' - Three Book Reviews

Tracy Mehan III, a frequent contributor to WaterWired, executive director for government affairs at the American Water Works Association and adjunct professor at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. He writes great book reviews (and other things) so when he sends me something I post it. The review will be publsihed in the March/April 2024 issue of the The Environmental Forum.

Here's what accompanied his email: 

I thought you might be interested in my review essay of several recent books reflecting on the last half century, the Environmental Era, in which most of our basic environmental laws were passed by Congress.  It will appear in an upcoming issue of The Environmental Forum (Environmental Law Institute).
