A few notes this week…

• I’ve been asked by an organization that is launching a new young professionals’ network to advertise that on the website. I only thought it was fair to give other young professional networks the opportunity to do the same, so you all can get some more exposure. So, I’m calling on regional- and global-level networks to let me know that you exist, and I will write up a blog post next week with all of them and their websites. I know a few of you all out there already, but maybe there are some others that I don’t. If interested, please email me with your logo and website. And how about a 50-100-word blurb that describes you as well. 

• Just a note that the UN has a new careers page, so any older postings’ links will not work anymore, and you have to find the jobs in the new system. Unfortunately, they didn’t improve the functionality from the last system (and is worse in some ways), so it’s still not the easiest to find jobs there. I don’t want to know how much they paid for the new system. 

• And, apologies for the lack of posting last week. With the work travel, it was just not possible, but we’re all caught up now.
